Still we offer refund policy in order to secure your payment if you feel non receipt of services from our side. And also, we presuppose that you have read and agree to all term, conditions and policies under our website.
On the very first note it is of high importance to note that once the order is placed no changes are allowed to be made in the delivery date.
As we can assure you that with our assignment you can never get an ‘fail’ grade, but however if it ever happens a refund of 50% will be granted. And the prime reason why we cant refund the full amount is that we have to pay the writer’s in advance, so hence getting the money back from them is not possible for us. Instead, we will do a free extra assignment of same value if the reason provided by you is verified genuine.
50% refund is given only under the following circumstances.

NO REFUND
Some of the cases where we do not give refund :
- No refund is generated after 30 days from the time the assignment is delivered.
- For assignments where the deadline is less than 72 hours.
- When the delay is from our side for delivering the assignment. ( In this case we do an extra assignment of same type and difficulty free of cost for you)
- When you feel the work we did was not according to the specifications that you gave and there is no time for revision too.
- When the delay in assignment occurs due to some issues from the client side which can be:
- Inadequate information about the assignment
- Not responding to the query asked by the expert on time.
Hence under these circumstances no refund shall be provided.
- When the client fails due to the issues from client side only which can be:
- Inadequate information about the assignment
- Not responding to the query asked by the expert on time.
No refund shall be generated for this case. And also the money cannot be adjusted for any other assignment as the advance which is 50% of payment had already been paid to the expert and is not possible to get back.
- If there is a delay due to any issue from client side which can be:
- Inadequate information about the assignment.
- Not answering the query asked by the expert on time
No refund is given in this case.
- If the deadline is mutually agreed for less than 48 hours then the client needs to be available and revert back to every query by our team within 60 minutes. Otherwise you wont be able to claim any refund in the future.
- No worries as we provide multiple revisions if you don’t get grades according to your expectations or find our assignment unsatisfactory or find mistakes in our assignment. But however no refund will be generated for the same if any of the client issues rises which can be:
- Inadequate information about the assignment.
- Not answering the query asked by expert on time.
We never refund the token money given by the client at the time of placing order. Instead we usually adjust this amount on the next assignment order.
